How do I pick the right size?
Measure her lying on her side with her legs stretched out, nose to the base of her tail, and add about 6 inches. Weight is a useful sanity check, but if her length and her weight point at different beds, trust the length. Between sizes? Size up. Our size guide walks through it.
Which of the four beds should I get?
The Ergonomic Couch is easiest to step into, so it's the one we'd point a stiff or arthritic dog toward. The Deep-Sleep Sofa is the deepest cushion for a heavy or senior dog who sinks in. The Grand Bolster is the biggest, bolstered on all four sides for a dog who likes to nest. The Orthopedic Bolster is the everyday bed with a headrest to lean into.
How much is shipping, and how fast?
Shipping is free on every bed. It ships from our US warehouses and is delivered in 1-5 days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's packed.
What if my dog won't use it?
You get 30 nights to find out. If she still isn't choosing it, tell us, we cover the return shipping, so you're not stuck with a bed she won't sleep on.
Can I really machine-wash the cover?
Yes. The cover unzips completely, washes cold on a gentle cycle and tumbles low. The waterproof liner underneath stays on and keeps the foam protected while the cover is off.
Will the foam flatten?
Egg-crate foam is built to rebound, the peaks compress under load and spring back, rather than packing down flat the way cheap poly-fill does. If your bed loses its support, tell us and we'll make it right.
Is it waterproof?
There's a waterproof liner between the cover and the foam. Accidents, wet paws and spills stop at the liner, they don't reach the core.
Will it slide around on hardwood?
No. Every bed has a non-slip base, which matters most at the moment an older dog pushes herself up.
