Free shipping, on every bed

Shipping is free on every Apawrest bed, every day, with no minimum spend and no code needed. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Where your bed ships from

All beds ship from our fulfilment warehouses located across the United States. When you place an order, it is dispatched from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address. That is how we keep delivery fast without charging for it.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
• Estimated delivery is 1-5 days from dispatch, depending on your location within the United States. Addresses close to a warehouse often see their bed in 1-2 days; more remote addresses sit at the longer end of the range.
• These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally have bad weeks. If something goes wrong with your delivery, we fix it, see below.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 1 business day of ordering. Tracking links go to the carrier's own site and update as the parcel moves. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 days, feel free to email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 48 contiguous states. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory, email support@apawrest.com before ordering and we will confirm honestly whether we can reach you and how long it would take. More countries are coming, but we would rather ship to one country quickly and reliably than to twenty countries badly.

Our beds are large parcels, so we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please use a street address.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the dispatch email, contact support@apawrest.com with your order number. We will either locate it with the carrier or send a replacement, whichever resolves it faster. You will never be left to fight a carrier on your own, the order is our responsibility until it is in your hands.
